Full Day Masai Mara — Big Cats
Second full day focusing on the Mara's legendary big cat population. Cheetah families hunting Thomson's gazelles, lion prides with cubs, leopards in the riverine forest.
Masai Mara — Cross Border to Northern Serengeti
Morning game drive. Cross into Tanzania at the Isebania/Sirari border. Seamless guide handoff. Enter the Northern Serengeti — the other side of the migration ecosystem. Afternoon game drive.
Full Day Serengeti — Northern Sector
Full day in the Northern Serengeti. The herds that crossed the Mara River in Kenya are now spread across these vast plains. Grumeti River crossings create similar drama. Your guide tracks the herds across this remote sector.
Serengeti — Central Plains
Drive to the Central Serengeti for different wildlife and terrain. The Seronera Valley's resident predators — leopards in sausage trees, lion prides, cheetah families. Kopjes and hippo pools.
Serengeti to Ngorongoro
Morning game drive. Transfer to Ngorongoro crater rim. Afternoon at leisure with crater panoramas.
Ngorongoro Crater — Return to Arusha
Dawn descent into the crater. Big Five encounters. Picnic lunch. Ascend and return to Arusha by late afternoon.
