Day 1 – Nairobi → Masai Mara National Reserve- From City Lights to Savannah Dreams

Departure from Nairobi: 5:00 AM

As dawn breaks over Nairobi, your C.A.T.S. safari guide collects you from your hotel, residence, or airport. You set off in your private 4×4 Land Cruiser, watching the city fade into rolling highlands, open plains, and Maasai land.

A scenic stop in Narok town allows you to stretch, refresh, and take in local life before continuing toward the legendary Masai Mara.

Entering the reserve feels like crossing into another world — vast golden grasslands, scattered acacia trees, and wildlife moving freely across the horizon.

Your first game drive begins immediately. Lions resting in the shade, elephants grazing quietly, giraffes silhouetted against the sky — this is Kenya at its wildest.

You arrive at your lodge or tented camp later in the day, just in time to freshen up and enjoy dinner beneath the African stars.

Day 2 – Full Day in Masai Mara- Big Cats, Open Plains & Raw Africa

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Today belongs entirely to the Mara — one of the richest wildlife ecosystems on Earth.

You explore different regions of the reserve, guided by your expert C.A.T.S. driver who knows where predators hunt, where herds gather, and where the light is best for unforgettable photos.

Expect encounters with:

• Lions and cheetahs on the hunt

• Elephants and buffalo moving in powerful groups

• Zebra and wildebeest stretching across the plains

During migration season (July–October), you visit the Mara River, where crocodiles and hippos rule the waters and dramatic crossings unfold.

Day 3 – Masai Mara → Amboseli National Park- Across Kenya’s Heartland

500 km, 9-10 hours (via Nairobi)

You depart the Mara and journey across Kenya’s diverse landscapes — farmlands, open plains, and distant mountain views.

As you approach Amboseli, Mount Kilimanjaro rises slowly into view — massive, snow-capped, and unforgettable.

Your arrival in Amboseli is marked by a game drive through elephant territory. This park is famous for its large, free-roaming elephant families, often seen marching across the plains with Kilimanjaro as their backdrop.

As evening approaches, the clouds may lift to reveal the mountain’s summit — a moment that feels almost unreal.

Day 4 – Full Day in Amboseli- Giants of the Plains & Mountain Majesty

Amboseli offers a different rhythm — wide open spaces, dramatic skies, and intimate wildlife encounters.

Game drives take you through:

• Marshlands fed by underground springs from Kilimanjaro

• Dry lakebeds ideal for photography

• Observation Hill, offering panoramic views of the park

You encounter elephants at close range, along with lions, cheetahs, buffalo, hippos, and rich birdlife including pelicans, herons, and eagles.

Between drives, enjoy time at your lodge — whether relaxing by the pool, overlooking a watering hole, or simply listening to the sounds of nature.

Day 5 – Amboseli → Nairobi- Final Footprints in the Wild

Your final morning offers one last chance to explore Amboseli and capture farewell moments with its iconic wildlife.

After breakfast, you begin the scenic return to Nairobi, carrying with you five days of unforgettable encounters, dramatic landscapes, and authentic safari memories.

You are dropped off at your hotel, residence, or airport in Nairobi.
